At VeeBeeDoo, each piece is carefully designed and quality-checked before dispatch. As a kidswear brand, we follow a strict exchange-only policy to maintain hygiene and product quality.


โŒ No Returns / No Refunds

We currently do not offer returns or refunds once an order is delivered.


๐Ÿ” Exchange Policy (Size or Defect)

We offer exchange only under the following conditions:

  • Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • Original tags must be intact

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability


๐Ÿšš Shipping for Exchange

  • For size exchange, customers must ship the product back to us at their own cost

  • We will ship the exchanged item after receiving and inspecting the product

  • If the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will bear the shipping cost

Exchange will not be accepted for:

  • Used or washed items

  • Items without tags

  • Items returned after 7 days

  • Items bought during sale/clearance (if applicable)
