At VeeBeeDoo, each piece is carefully designed and quality-checked before dispatch. As a kidswear brand, we follow a strict exchange-only policy to maintain hygiene and product quality.
โ No Returns / No Refunds
We currently do not offer returns or refunds once an order is delivered.
๐ Exchange Policy (Size or Defect)
We offer exchange only under the following conditions:

Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

Product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

Original tags must be intact

Exchange is subject to stock availability

For size exchange, customers must ship the product back to us at their own cost

We will ship the exchanged item after receiving and inspecting the product

If the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will bear the shipping cost
